Recruitment Process

STAGE 1: APPLICATION

Apply to position of interest in the website which is aligned with your educational background, skill set and experience under ‘Current Vacancies’.

STAGE 2: ASSESSMENT

Once your application is submitted into our system, it will be reviewed against the requirements of the position. Due to the large volume of candidate resumes we receive, only the most closely aligned candidates will be contacted directly. If you are not being contacted within 3 months, you application may be considered not successful.

STAGE3: INTERVIEW

The interview process may include a Telephonic interview with a Sulaiteen Group Recruiter and a face-to-face/ online/skype interview. The primary purpose of the interview process is to assess the technical and cultural fit of the candidate with the needs of ASGC and serves as a way for the candidate to gain a better understanding of the opportunity.

STAGE4: SELECTION

ASGC sends offer letter to the selected candidate and upon acceptance the candidate has to go to a medical examinations and immigration requirements before joining Sulaiteen Group.
